The first thing you should do is report your baggage as lost
Once BA find your baggage, they will let you know and issue you with a 13-digit reference number
BA will then ask eCourier Air to come and collect your baggage
Once we have collected it, we will contact you and arrange a convenient time to deliver it
You will be sent tracking notifications once we have your bag
You can call our dedicated helpline anytime for peace of mind
You will be able to see live status updates through the website
A: If your bag is over our same day delivery radius then this will be despatched with DX for a next day delivery who deliver Monday to Saturday 08:00 -18:00
A: If we receive your bag before 14:00 on the day and its within the same day radius then this will be despatched same day for delivery, If you are over the radius then this will be delivered following day with DX. If your bag is received after this time then the bag will be shipped the following day for delivery.
A: If you have not received communication from us that we have received your luggage then please contact the airline. Once we have received we will contact you via text and email to confirm.
A: Deliveries can take place from 08:00 – 22:00
A: We will re attempt another day and call to advise of the delivery day, alternately you can arrange a safe place delivery by emailing contact@ecourierair.co.uk
A: Due to GDPR we do not show the actual location of your delivery address on the map.
A: Yes we do if within the same day radius. Overnight deliveries last day for delivery is Saturday. Any overnight deliveries received from 16:00 on Fridays will be despatched Monday for a delivery Tuesday depending on area.
