The first thing you should do is report your baggage as lost
Once BA find your baggage, they will let you know and issue you with a 13-digit reference number
BA will then ask eCourier Air to come and collect your baggage
Once we have collected it, we will contact you and arrange a convenient time to deliver it
You will be sent tracking notifications once we have your bag
You can call our dedicated helpline anytime for peace of mind
You will be able to see live status updates through the website
A: If your bag is outside our same day delivery radius, it will be sent via DX on a next day delivery service. DX delivers Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 18:00.
A: If we receive your bag before 14:00 and your address is within our same day delivery radius, it will be dispatched for same day delivery.
If the address is outside of this radius, your bag will be sent with DX for next day delivery.
Bags received after 14:00 will be sent out for delivery the next working day.
A: If you haven’t received any communication from us confirming that we’ve received your luggage, please contact the airline. Once your bag arrives with us, we will notify you by both text and email.
A: Deliveries can take place from 08:00 – 22:00. You can also track your delivery live here.
A: We will attempt delivery again on another day and will call you to confirm the new delivery date. Alternatively, you can arrange for the item to be left in a safe place by emailing contact@ecourierair.co.uk.
A: Due to GDPR we do not show the actual location of your delivery address on the map.
A:Yes, we do deliver over the weekend if the address is within our same day delivery radius.
For overnight deliveries, the last delivery day is Saturday.
Any overnight bags received after 16:00 on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday (depending on the area).
